When I think of the many different ways the Rocky Mountains have served and loved me over the years, five simple words come to mind- connection, perspective, expansion, healing and play.
Their unwavering roots have gifted me a sense of support and protection in times of need, they have shown me both the power and beauty of change and transformation as they effortlessly turn with the season, and through their vast and magnificent expression, have demonstrated to me the significance in taking up space.
Most of all, these mountains remind us all that, just like them, life is constructed of peaks and valleys and the path in which we travel never ceases to share it’s beauty, wisdom, depth and magic if you open your self up to receive it.
The seeds of The Magical, Mountainous Women’s Retreat have been planted in the spirit of these mountains. Together, we will join forces for a weekend of epic adventure and play, deep transformation and healing, connection and creativity, and of course, love and support as we explore our own, uniquely individual peaks and valleys.
Spend these five days bonding in sisterhood, celebrating life, playing in nature, nourishing your body, expanding your mind, relaxing your bones and healing your soul in the heart of the Rockies.

So, what’s inside?
This retreat will be packed with playful activities, beautiful landscapes, delicious food, memorable connections, relaxing spaces and deeply impactful moments of healing.
Let’s just say, we will intentionally be shifting away from the (all too familiar) crowds, hustle, work schedules, giving, momentum and distractions of day to day life. Instead, we’ll take this time together to slow it down; to nourish and connect to our bodies, unplug from the screens and bathe in quiet spaces of the mountains; to open ourselves to receiving and resting, to pour love and attention into our own selves, and to stay present and grounded as we, both individually and collectively, move mountains toward our dreams, expansion and growth.
